Allocating Credentials

Please look out for an email from [email protected] advising that your passes are ready to be allocated.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Manage tab Open the Crewhub platform and click Manage.

  1. Click on Accreditation This will take you to the pass allocation section.

  1. Click Allocate Here you will see all available zones approved by MDLB.

  1. Review Zones

  • You can view how many passes are available for each zone.

  • Select one or multiple zones to allocate.

  • ⚠️ Note: A Site Access zone is required for site entry and may already be pre-selected for you.

  1. Search for Crew Member

  • Use the Search field to find a crew member.

  • Or scroll through the list manually.

  • Only crew members with an assigned role will appear.

  1. Select Crew Members

  • Click the “+” icon to select the crew members you want to allocate passes to.

  1. Allocate the Pass

  • Click Allocate to confirm.

  • The pass will now show under the crew member’s Passes List.
