For Crew – Collecting Passes

Once your pass has been allocated, you will need your Collection Ticket to pick it up from the Accreditation Centre.

How to Receive Your Collection Ticket

  • Retrieving Your Collection Ticket If added via email, check your inbox for an email from [email protected] with your Collection Ticket attached. Alternatively, visit the "My Work" tab and click on "Accreditation."

  • If you were added using an Iqama (and cannot access Crewhub): Your SPOC can download your Collection Ticket directly from Crewhub and share it with you (either digitally or as a printed copy).

Important Notes

  • The Collection Ticket is a PDF document.

  • It will include your Name and Crew ID.

  • You must show your Collection Ticket at the Accreditation Centre to collect your pass.

⚠️ Without a valid Collection Ticket, you will not be able to receive your pass.
